By accepting services from The Styled Porch Company, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

The Styled Porch Company shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the placement, use, or condition of decorations, including, but not limited to, pumpkins, greenery, flowers, lanterns, cornstalks, wreaths, signage, or other seasonal décor. All items are placed with care and attention to safety; however, natural and decorative materials may deteriorate over time, attract pests, shift with weather conditions, or create tripping or slipping hazards.

It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly monitor the condition of these decorations and to maintain a safe environment on their property. The Styled Porch Company is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or property damage that occur after delivery and/or setup is complete.

By using our services, the customer assumes full responsibility and releases The Styled Porch Company, its employees, agents, and subcontractors from any and all claims of liability, injury, or loss related to the decorations, their placement, or their condition.

The customer also grants The Styled Porch Company permission to capture, post, and use photos of their home or business displays on social media, websites, and other promotional materials. Photos will not include homeowner names, and property addresses will be blurred upon request.
